Top Business, Universal Industries Ltd

Universal Industries Ltd is a leading manufacturer and distributor of biscuits, confectionery, savoury snacks, pre-packs of baking ingredients and Anchor Milk powder in Malawi. Manufacturing of beverages is a recent addition to its portfolio of activities.

The company employs over 1000 full time employees.

The product, the price and the promotional programmes are vital elements in the company’s marketing strategy, and their effectiveness is nil when the product is not finally positioned on the shelf.
